Specified Information

Under the Freedom of Information Act we will routinely publish a range of information on this website relating to decisions, register and other matters of public interest (formerly known as our Publications Scheme).

The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information Order) 2011 as amended in 2012, The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information order) 2013 and The Elected Local Policing Bodes (Specified Information Order) amendement 2021, places a duty on the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) to publish certain information within specified timescales and for that information to be reviewed at prescribed frequencies.
