The PCC has set up two Scrutiny Panels, one to independently scrutinise the use of Out of Court Resolutions (Adult and Youth) and the other to scrutinise non-live cases of hate crime.

The panel is a voluntary community scrutiny panel set up to scrutinise non-live cases of hate crimes.
